Before you call
Do you speak Spanish?
Sí. I work in English and Spanish, and so does most of my paperwork process. If it's easier for you or your family to do this in Spanish, just say so when you call.
I'm a first-time buyer and I don't know where to start.
That's most of my business. We start with a conversation — no showings, no pressure — to work out what you can comfortably afford and which neighborhoods actually fit. Then I connect you with a lender who closes on time. Only after that do we start looking.
What does it cost to have you represent me as a buyer?
Buyer representation is agreed in writing before we tour homes, and the amount is negotiable. I'll walk you through exactly what it says and who pays what in your specific deal before you sign anything. No surprises at closing.
How do you decide what my home is worth?
By hand, using real comparable sales on and around your block — not an automated estimate. I factor in what your home actually has, what's selling nearby right now, and what buyers in your area are currently paying. You get an honest number, not an inflated one designed to win your listing.
Do I have to list with you to get a valuation?
No. The valuation is free and there's no obligation. Plenty of people ask because they're just curious what the market has done. That's fine.
